Can I change my tattoo design at the last minute?

If you need to make a major change to your tattoo design, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. We can usually handle minor changes, but larger adjustments might not be possible if we're fully booked. Be sure about the details when you book your session. We want to ensure you get the perfect tattoo!

What is your policy on being late?

Accepted Answer

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment and if you have not attempted to contact the studio about your tardiness, you will probably lose your appointment and deposit. We are very strict about this. Please call or email if you think you may be late!

What is your deposit policy?

Accepted Answer

To book an appointment, you need to place a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but doesn't expire. If you need to reschedule or change your mind, please give us 72 hours notice, or your deposit will be forfeited. Our booking system sends out email and text message reminders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
